ARCH (arched roof covering)
The house is composed of two layered self-supporting steel arch covers. The core of the house is its internal covering, while the external covering above is the protective one. In between the layers there is insulation, most often in the form of open-cell polyurethane foam, cellulose or mineral wool. Each covering is made of elements prefabricated directly on the construction site from metal sheets in coils. Each of the arched elements along its entire length is made of one continuous section of metal sheet. The arched elements are joined together by the folded seam method.
ELEVATION
The supporting framework construction is made of galvanized or aluzinc structural steel. The finishing inside is with plasterboard or MgO (magnesium oxid) board. Insulation as mentioned, with open-cell PUR foam, cellulose or mineral wool. The outer layer is an MFP(multi-functional panel) or MgO board insulated with wool or polystyrene.
